Preparing your Will and/or Lasting Powers of Attorneys can be an emotional task, and we appreciate the importance of meeting with you to discuss these decisions. Whilst we often ask for an initial fact-finding questionnaire to be completed, we would then want to discuss the replies with you so that we can best understand and reflect your instructions.
Our office has the facilities to be able to arrange ground floor step-free access. We can also meet remotely via video call and can arrange appointments outside of the office.

These fees are based on one initial meeting to take place at our office in Enfield or remotely and within our usual business hours. Alternative arrangements can be made but additional fees may apply.
